Confirmation:
When your registration has been processed you will receive
a confirmation letter by mail. However, on arrival at the
hotel you are requested to please sign in at the conference
registration desk where you will receive your badge, program,
information and other materials.
Cancellation:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. No phone
cancellations will be honored. A full refund minus a $50.00
processing fee will be made for each request postmarked by
February 1, 2001. No refunds will be made for requests postmarked
after February 1, 2001. All refunds will be issued after the
conclusion of the conference. Please send your written request

Continuing Education Credits:
CME and CE credits for physicians and nurses will be available.

Certificate of Attendance: Will be available for a fee of
$15.00. You may register and pay for a certificate of attendance

from Grand Central Station. We have obtained a discount rate
of $190.00, single or double occupancy (plus tax) for all
conference attendees making arrangements prior to February
6, 2001. The conference rate is available for a limited number
of rooms at the Roosevelt, so please reserve your room early
by calling the Hotel at: (800) 223-5652 and mention that you
are with The Asian Therapies for Cancer Conference.
Scholarships:

backgrounds and income levels attend the conference. You can
help Pro-Cultura, Inc., assist others attend our conference
by including an optional donation to our Conference Scholarship
program with your registration.
A limited number of scholarships are available. Please submit
